Refund Policy

Any refunds for payment are to be requested from Curchods Mortgage Services and not through Worldpay.

If a refund is due we will only refund once cleared funds have been received from Worldpay and once it had been agreed by Curchods Mortgage Services that a refund is due to you. Please note that all transactions take approximately 3-5 working days to clear our account and until all funds are cleared no refunds can be made.

Where a fee has been paid by credit card, if a return of the fee is necessary then refund will be returned to the card from which the payment was made.

All decisions on the validity of a refund rest with the Company and the Company’s decision is final.
